CloserHire is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a fully remote team based in Portugal. You will support customers using insulin delivery and diabetes technology with empathetic, professional assistance across calls, email, chat, and SMS.

Day-to-day duties include providing care and technical support for diabetes devices, managing orders and renewals, and guiding users through product usage while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is advantageous.

• European markets simultaneously. Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is an advantage. Knowledge of diabetes care or medical devices is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to manage large volumes of information and documentation. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritising tasks effectively. Stress management skills and ability to remain calm in urgent or challenging cases. Active listening and empathy to resolve customer concerns.
