Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-speaking Search Engine Customer Expert for Greece. You will deliver high-touch customer support for luxury clients, manage search engine inquiries, and offer personalized product recommendations while upholding brand prestige.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in German, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for luxury retail. Relocation and comprehensive training are provided as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) required.
• EU passport or work permit for Greece required.
• Strong communication with premium tone in customer interactions.
• Experience in customer relations, luxury retail or concierge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch, white-glove customer support for discerning clients in luxury goods.
• Manage search engine-related queries with brand alignment and premium service standards.
• Understand exclusive product catalogs to offer personalized recommendations to international clients.
• Handle inquiries about luxury acquisitions and digital services with discretion and professionalism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the digital user experience for high-net-worth customers.
