The role focuses on coordinating with internal teams and global partners to ensure timely shipments and high service levels.

The ideal candidate will have fluent German, a track record in logistics or high-volume customer support, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• German or fluent/native proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or high-volume customer support preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and logistics tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for German-speaking clients, handling logistics inquiries and delivery schedules.
• Monitor end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure timely dispatch and arrival of shipments.
• Coordinate with internal departments and global partners to resolve delivery challenges.
• Provide real-time updates and professional communication on freight movement and status tracking.
• Improve delivery workflows to boost customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and logistics systems.
• Identify bottlenecks to maintain high service reliability.
