Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to manage end-to-end delivery inquiries, coordinate between warehouses, carriers, and customers, and monitor real-time shipment tracking from Sofia, Bulgaria.

This on-site role requires native or fluent French, excellent communication, CRM and logistics tools proficiency, and willingness to relocate. The package includes transfer flight, hotel, fully paid training, a competitive salary, and a monthly bonus.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure delivery scenarios.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard digital logistics tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this on-site position in Bulgaria.
• Proven experience or a strong interest in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery inquiries and resolve supply chain logistics discrepancies for French-speaking clients.
• Coordinate between warehouse operations, carrier services, and end customers to ensure timely delivery schedules.
• Monitor real-time shipment tracking, providing accurate updates and proactive solutions to logistics bottlenecks.
• Maintain high service standards by addressing complex claims related to the logistics and supply chain process.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and operational excellence.
