Konecta in Lisbon is inviting motivated individuals to join the German Customer Support Team for an international coffee brand. You will assist customers via chat, email and phone, delivering high-quality support in German and English.

The role values prior customer care or call center experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset, with on-site work and a hybrid option after 3 months based on performance.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (mandatory).
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• On-site – Sete Rios, Lisbon | Hybrid option after 3 months, based on performance.
• Previous experience in customer care is a plus.
• Previous call center experience is a plus.
• Excellent formal and professional communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting customers with their questions and requests via chat, email, and phone.
• Providing professional and high-quality customer support.
• Handling customer inquiries in German and English.
