The Bench in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international automotive team. You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, helping them with questions and resolving issues with empathy and clarity.

You will work Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00, with an above-average salary package, language allowance, productivity bonus, and health insurance from day one.

Qualificações

• German language at C1/C2 level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in German through the available customer support channels.
• Respond to customer questions and provide clear and accurate information.
• Understand customer needs and identify the best solution for each situation.
• Support customers in resolving issues related to products and services.
• Ensure a professional, friendly and positive customer experience.
• Follow established procedures while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a consistently high level of service.
