Workster is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor in Lisbon, Portugal. You will join an international team and handle inquiries across several channels, providing product information, order support, and post-sales assistance.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service in a dynamic, multicultural environment with a Monday–Friday schedule and onboarding to ramp up quickly.

We're partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a premium consumer products project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international customer service team supporting customers across multiple communication channels. You’ll assist with product inquiries, order management, and post-sales support while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Your Role:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product-related questions and order inquiries

Your Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in German
• Good command of English
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
