The Career Nest in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a fluent German-speaking customer service specialist to join our on-site and hybrid team. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels, assist with orders, returns, and product questions, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have native or near-native German (C1/C2), good English, strong communication skills, and solid computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German skills (C1/C2 level is mandatory).
• Good communicative level of English for internal team communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital back-office channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections constructively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude that reflects the vibrant spirit of the sports and outdoor brand.
