Nomadify in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to be the primary contact via phone, email and chat. You will deliver timely and professional support, resolve inquiries, document interactions in CRM, and uphold SLAs while contributing to service improvements in a multicultural team.

Relocation and on-site work are available. This role requires native German, good English, and a track record in customer-facing roles.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support in line with defined SLAs.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately within CRM systems.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal stakeholders when required.
• Follow internal policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Actively contribute to process optimization and customer experience improvement initiatives.
