Nomadify is seeking a Client Support Agent in Portugal who speaks German. The role involves providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat. Candidates should be fluent in German and have English skills at a B1 level or higher.

No prior experience is needed, and full training will be provided. The company offers a relocation package to assist in the transition to Portugal, fostering a multicultural team environment.

Qualificações

• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Fully prepared to relocate and work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, or live chat.
• Provide professional support during every interaction.
• Deliver accurate and solution-driven responses to users.
• Maintain records of client interactions in the internal database.
• Follow established quality benchmarks in operations.
• Liaise with team members to solve complex cases.

Conhecimentos

Native or C1-C2 level proficiency in German

English language skills at a B1 level or higher
