Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support specialist in Lisbon to assist users of a leading global e-commerce platform. This on-site role focuses on delivering empathetic, accurate help through digital channels, guiding customers through orders, returns, and account updates.

You will work with buyers, sellers and creators, maintaining high-quality responses and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C2 level) required.
• 0-1 year of customer support experience.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries through digital channels with professionalism.
• Resolve issues for buyers, sellers, and creators, including orders and refunds.
• Guide users through cancellations, returns, and account updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely support.
• Escalate sensitive issues appropriately.
• Meet quality benchmarks and turnaround targets.
• Provide clear, solution-focused guidance.
• Stay updated on platform policies and features.
