Talent Search People in Porto is seeking a Team Leader to guide and develop customer service teams within a multinational, fast-paced environment. You will lead, coach, and drive performance to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

Fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English are required, with proven leadership in customer service. The role offers a fixed Mon–Fri schedule, direct contract, annual bonus, meal allowance, and comprehensive health benefits in Porto.
