Nomadify is seeking German-speaking customer care specialists to join our international team in Portugal. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, and you will engage with customers via phone, email, or chat.

You must be fluent in German (native or C1-C2) with English at least B1, be eligible to work in the EU, and willing to relocate to Portugal. We offer a €975–€1200 gross monthly salary, relocation support, and a lively multicultural environment.

• No prior experience required; full training provided
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit required

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, or live chat
• Provide polite and professional support in every interaction
• Deliver accurate, actionable responses to users
• Register and maintain records of client interactions in internal systems
• Follow quality benchmarks and team standards
• Collaborate with international team members to solve complex cases
