Qualifications

• Native/fluent German speakers with fluent English (minimum B2).
• Experience in paid campaign management and a background in digital marketing are mandatory.
• Candidates should have previous experience in a contact centre or customer support environment, ideally within Ad Tech or digital advertising.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team.
