Job summary

CloserHire is seeking an Italian-speaking Advertising Product Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. The role combines customer support with paid campaign management for advertisers, requiring hands-on AdTech knowledge and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Native/fluent Italian speaker with fluent English (minimum B2)
Experience in paid campaign management and a background in digital marketing are mandatory
Candidates should have previous experience in a contact centre or customer support environment, ideally within Ad Tech or digital advertising
Strong customer service skills and ability to work well independently and in a team

Responsibilities

Provide B2B support to advertisers across email and chat
Perform hands-on paid campaign management for client campaigns
Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve ads product
Manage transitions to 24/7 shifts and adapt to workload as needed
