Start by handling end-to-end issues via email and chat, collaborating with Product, Operations, and Engineering. A strong German level (native or C2) and good English (B2) are essential; relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Native or C2 level in German.
• English around B2.
• Experience with online campaigns or digital marketing is a plus.
• Customer support or contact center experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Independent and team-oriented work mindset.
• Marketing degree is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat.
• Diagnose issues related to campaigns and platform tools; collaborate with Product, Operations & Engineering.
• Provide timely, accurate updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate advertisers on features, best practices, and common issue types.
• Share insights and feedback to support continuous improvement.
