• Experience in recruitment or interest in working in the area (preferably with CS language roles).

Main objective is to source and recruit qualified professionals in various sectors using different tools, such as internal databases, social media, advanced internet search, referral networks, networking opportunities, job boards, etc.

• Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates
• Administer tests, conduct interviews and select qualified candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate
• Be self-motivated to learn and improve daily, have a strong internal drive for achievement and success
• Provide industry-best client service in a sales-oriented business development setting
• Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment
• Search for New business in different industries and close new business
• Add value to your team and bring incredible energy to the already faced-paced culture of Kulture Talent
