KultureTalent - Global Talent in Portugal is seeking a motivated recruiter to source qualified professionals across sectors using databases, social media, job boards, and referrals. You will actively hunt candidates, administer tests, conduct interviews, and manage the full recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Ideally you are fluent in English, possess a winning mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-oriented BD environment.

• Experience in recruitment or interest in working in the area.
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career in international recruitment.
• Winning mentality.
• Ability to overcome objections and be persistent.
• Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent level of English - written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates.

• Be self-motivated to learn and improve daily, have a strong internal drive for achievement and success.
• Provide industry-best client service in a sales-oriented business development setting.
• Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment.
• Search for New business in different industries and close new business.
• Add value to your team and bring incredible energy to the already fast-paced culture of Kulture Talent.
