KultureTalent - Global Talent in Portugal is seeking a German Customer Advisor to support customers by email, chat, and social channels, mainly via email and messaging, and to adapt the brand voice accordingly.

You should be a native or near-native German speaker with good English, solid MS Office knowledge, and a proactive, dynamic approach. Experience handling customer inquiries is a plus in this international team.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German required.
• Good level of English to work in an international company.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Dynamic and proactive attitude.
• Experience attending customers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist users with inquiries and support issues via email/chat/social channels.
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions across private and public channels.
• Respond to customer escalations and route issues to higher tiers as defined.
• Respond to inbound requests and document relevant case information.
