Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, managing high volumes of calls, maintaining records, providing product information, and escalating as needed. Relocation package is offered for international applicants.

Qualificações

• Native or near native level of German
• Fluent in English (C1 level; oral validation)
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
• Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Continuously improve knowledge of products and services
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call volume and resolution time
• Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends
• Relocate if coming from abroad
