Cross Border Talents is seeking German-speaking customer support professionals for a Porto-based role handling email and chat inquiries for digital products. No phone calls, fast and courteous assistance, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, fast-paced team.

Requirements include German C2, English B2, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least one year in customer support. The position offers a 3000 Euro signing bonus and relocation support.

Qualificações

• German language proficiency required (C2).
• English language proficiency required (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• At least 1 year in customer support or related role.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer questions via email and chat only, providing quick, clear and courteous assistance.
• Follow SOPs to resolve inquiries or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain high performance aligned with quality and SLA goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching and feedback sessions to grow skills.
• Approach interactions with empathy and a problem-solving mindset.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas and contributing to team success.
