Cross Border Talents is hiring for German Customer Support in Porto, offering a 3,000€ signing bonus. This role focuses on chat and email support only, with no phone calls, helping users of digital products worldwide.

You will follow SOPs, resolve issues, and maintain high SLA performance while growing within a collaborative, fast-paced team. Relocation assistance and meal allowance are noted as part of the package.

Qualificações

• German (C2) and English (B2) proficiency
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
• At least 1 year of customer support experience
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer questions via email and chat only.
• Follow SOPs to resolve inquiries or escalate when needed.
• Maintain performance in line with quality and SLA targets.
• Participate in training, coaching and feedback sessions.
• Approach interactions with empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement
