Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels, and ensure accurate documentation in internal systems.
• Deliver a seamless and high-quality customer journey by understanding customer needs, resolving requests efficiently, and providing proactive follow-ups.
• Assist customers with post-sales queries, such as order tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refund processes.
• Support inbound sales activities by identifying customer needs, recommending relevant products or services, and contributing to commercial and revenue growth objectives.
• Process customer requests, update order-related information, and manage customer records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Consistently achieve operational KPIs, quality standards, and quarterly performance objectives while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
