Qualificações

• Fluency in German at a superior level.
• Proficient in English with at least a B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat.
• Strive for high customer satisfaction by keeping clients informed.
• Provide high-quality support for post-sales inquiries.
• Assist with inbound sales and promote products.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets while maintaining great customer experience.
• Record and follow up on orders ensuring data accuracy in CRM.

Conhecimentos

Proficiency in German (C1/C2)

Good level of English (B2 or higher)
