The position requires German fluency (C1+), strong English (B2-C1), and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll handle multi-channel customer support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases.

Formación

• Fluency in German (C1 or higher).
• Good command of English (B2-C1).
• Experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades
