Responsabilidades

• Customer Engagement: Provide professional, friendly, and personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels. Ensure interactions are documented in internal systems and handled per procedures.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver a seamless customer journey by understanding needs, resolving requests efficiently, providing proactive follow-ups, and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Post-Sales Support: Assist customers with post-sales queries including orders, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
• Commercial Support: Assist inbound sales by identifying needs, recommending products/services, and contributing to revenue growth.
• Order and CRM Management: Process requests, update information, and manage records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Performance and Quality: Meet KPIs and quality standards while remaining professional and customer-focused.
