Qualificações

• Fluency in German at C1 or above, with advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in German using CRM system.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
