CloserHire is recruiting a Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist for its Lisbon team. You will assist advertisers with technical troubleshooting, platform guidance, and optimization insights to ensure a seamless user experience.

The role is full-time with relocation support, private health insurance, and paid training. English at a B2 level is expected, and Portuguese native/C2 is preferred; experience in customer support is a plus.

Qualificações

• English around B2 with basic digital advertising knowledge.
• Native or C2 level Brazilian Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat.
• Diagnose issues related to campaigns, platform tools, and product features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and provide updates.
• Educate advertisers on features, best practices, and common issue types.
