CloserHire is recruiting an Italian-speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist for their Lisbon team. You will handle end-to-end troubleshooting, provide platform guidance, and share insights to improve the advertiser experience.

The role is full-time in Lisbon with a Portuguese contract paying 14 salaries a year (1000€ x 14). Relocation support is available, including a company apartment option and flight reimbursement under conditions.

Qualificações

• Native or C2 level in Italian
• English around B2 required
• Experience in customer support or online campaigns is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat.
• Educate advertisers on features and best practices, maintaining proactive communication throughout the case journey.
