The role emphasizes quick, empathetic resolutions, account management, billing, and platform feature guidance, with a base monthly gross package of €1,320.67 plus up to €200 monthly bonus and health/dental benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1) written and spoken.
• Passion for artificial intelligence and AI productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience in technical support or customer operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with account management, billing, invoicing, and subscription queries.
