Job summary

Hexa Group is seeking an experienced full-stack software developer to join a compliance-focused project in Porto with a hybrid work model (two office days per week).

You will design, develop, test, and maintain Java/Spring Boot and Angular applications, collaborate with international teams, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Join a technology initiative within the financial services sector, contributing to the development of a compliance-focused application. Based in Porto with a hybrid working model of two office days per week, you will collaborate with distributed international teams to deliver reliable and maintainable software.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications supporting compliance-related processes.
• Analyze user and business requirements and translate them into appropriate application functionality and technical solutions.
• Define application objectives and contribute to alignment between technical implementation and business needs.
• Develop, test, debug, and resolve technical issues to support high-quality software delivery.
• Produce and maintain technical design documentation to support development, deployment, and application maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively with international teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
