Job summary

Hexa Group is seeking a Mid Application Support and Integration Engineer to join a hybrid team supporting critical retail applications. You will ensure stability, reliable integration, incident resolution and ongoing optimization with regular on-site collaboration in Maia.

The role requires experience in production environments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders. Hybrid presence in Maia is required.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in application support, systems integration or software development.
• Experience in production environments with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured troubleshooting approach.
• Good communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in hybrid model with Maia presence twice per week.

Responsibilities

• Support and evolve business applications, ensuring stable service delivery and reliable integration across systems.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes and contribute to fixes aligned with SLAs.
• Monitor application behavior, investigate logs and troubleshoot production issues.
• Improve documentation, support procedures and knowledge transfer materials.
• Contribute to setup and continuous improvement of support models for systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify daily operations and improve service efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support and evolve business applications, ensuring stable service delivery and reliable integration across systems.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes and contribute to sustainable fixes aligned with agreed service levels.
• Monitor application behavior, investigate logs and troubleshoot production issues across application and database layers.
• Improve functional and technical documentation, including support procedures, workflows and knowledge transfer materials.
• Contribute to the setup and continuous improvement of support models for implemented systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify daily operations, reduce recurrence and improve service efficiency.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Academic background in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience in application support, systems integration or software development roles.
• Experience working in production environments with incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
