Hexa Group is seeking an experienced full-stack software developer to join a compliance-focused project in Porto with a hybrid work model (two office days per week).

You will design, develop, test, and maintain Java/Spring Boot and Angular applications, collaborate with international teams, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in fullstack software development.
• Proficiency in English for international collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously within distributed teams.
• Structured and solution‑oriented software development approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for compliance processes.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into functional software features.
• Define objectives and align technical work with business needs.
• Develop, test, debug, and resolve issues to ensure quality delivery.
• Create and maintain technical design documentation.
• Collaborate with international teams across the SDLC.
