The Social Hub in Porto is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house during service, ensuring warm, attentive guest experiences. You’ll guide the team, support onboarding, and keep daily operations running smoothly across the dining room.

You bring 1–2 years in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role, confident leadership, and clear communication. English and Portuguese are essential, with additional languages a bonus. Hybrid work model offered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive tone.
• Guide the crew on the floor and resolve issues on the spot.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Maintain smooth operations: setups, stock, cleanliness and safety.
• Engage with guests on the floor and handle transactions accurately.
• Share targets for the shift and motivate the team.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to keep service flowing.
