Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to manage the front-of-house flow, mentor new staff, and ensure warm, attentive service across every sitting. You’ll collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to maintain smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in senior waiter/barista/bartender roles, demonstrate confident team leadership, clear communication, and a genuine hospitality energy in guest-facing environments.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• Ability to lead a team during service with calm under pressure.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.
• Genuine hospitality energy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone.
• Guide the crew on the floor, helping them solve small issues in the moment.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Keep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety.
• Stay present on the floor, chat with guests and jump in where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities.
• Share targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing.
