705 O’Porto Hotel in Porto seeks an experienced hospitality professional to supervise restaurant, bar and breakfast operations. Lead a capable team, uphold service standards, and manage day‑to‑day activities with focus on quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires F&B qualifications, HACCP knowledge, and strong leadership. You will shape menus, oversee events, and ensure efficient service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role in hotel or hospitality.
• Training/Qualifications in Food & Beverage (F&B).
• Proficiency in F&B IT applications and software.
• Strong knowledge of hotel catering and customer service.
• Solid understanding of HACCP standards.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and supervise restaurant, bar, and breakfast operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant.
• Ensure standards of excellence and compliance with quality standards.
• Operational people management, delegating tasks to team.
• Set goals, schedules, and KPIs, monitor management indicators.
• Control the opening and closing of the tills.
• Supervise cleaning plans and enforce HACCP regulations.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding of new staff.
• Define roles, distribute tasks and establish procedures;
• Create wine and bar menus, and prepare for events.
• Supervise daily events to meet defined standards.
• Manage procurement, storage, and material quality; maintain records.
• Monitor product storage and account for wastage/breakages.
• Request maintenance for interventions to ensure work area integrity.
• Organise inventories to assess replacement needs.
• Maintain emotional stability, time management, and results focus.
• Address irregular situations, especially customer complaints.
