You’ll guide the floor team, support training for new hires, and collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teammates to keep service seamless. A 1–2 year background in senior waiter roles helps you bring calm under pressure and a clear communication style.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• Confident in leading a team during service.
• Clear communication and composure during busy periods.
• Eye for detail and consistency in service.
• Energetic hospitality attitude and guest-facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone.
• Guide your crew on the floor, helping them solve small issues in the moment.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Keep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness, and safety.
• Stay present on the floor, chat with guests and jump in where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities.
• Share targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing.
