Job summary

Libere Hospitality Group in Porto is seeking a Hospitality Operations Specialist to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth property operations. You will manage backoffice tasks, assist with maintenance coordination, and support the City Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary.
• Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.
• Assist guests with check-in, city information, and act as their main point of contact.
