Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar hospitality environment.
• Technical training in Front Office, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and IT tools (HOST preferred).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Polished appearance and a professional demeanor.
• Strong customer orientation and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute all operational reception tasks including check-in and check-out.
• Provide personalized guest welcomes and courteous service.
• Record guest information and relay needs to other departments.
• Process and verify expenses and manage invoices.
• Ensure compliance with SEF/Border Control registrations.
• Resolve or escalate guest complaints and follow up.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception desk.
• Support Front Office Manager with administrative tasks.
