BrightPath Engineering in Porto is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure service excellence in a busy venue.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus, monitor costs, maintain food quality, and uphold safety standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Candidates must speak English; Portuguese is a plus. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring quality control
• Train and supervise employees to maintain high levels of customer service and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus and specials that meet customer demands and maintain profitability
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to increase revenue
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees
• Address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
