You will troubleshoot account setup, verification, login issues, and financial or technical inquiries, serving clients with clear guidance.

You will act as a trusted advisor for sports-industry clients, addressing questions promptly, building strong relationships, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, onsite team

Qualificações

• Fluent in French at C2 level.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
• 0-1 year experience in customer support.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding support through phone, live chat, email, and social media.
• Assist with account setup, verification, login issues, financial queries, and technical challenges.
• Act as a reliable advisor, especially to clients in the sports industry.
