Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support professional to assist users of cutting-edge digital products via email and chat, with no phone calls. You will follow SOPs, meet SLA targets, and join a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and ongoing training to grow within the company. Relocation assistance is available, and onsite work in Porto is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French (C2 level).
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card.
• At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Desire to learn and advance in the field.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer questions and issues through email and chat ONLY, delivering quick, clear, and courteous assistance
• Follow step-by-step support protocols (SOPs) to resolve inquiries effectively, or elevate when necessary
• Maintain strong performance in line with quality expectations and SLA goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions to develop skills and stay up to date with product features
• Approach each interaction with empathy and a problem-solving mindset to ensure a positive user experience
• Support a culture of continuous improvement by contributing ideas and embracing team-driven success
