Cross Border Talents is hiring for French Customer Support in Porto, focusing on email and chat interactions. You will resolve user inquiries, guide users through issues, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

This role requires native-level French (C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least one year in customer support. Relocation assistance and a signing bonus of 2000 Euros are offered.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in French (C2 level).
• Proficiency in English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• At least one year of experience in Customer Support or related role.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer questions and issues through email and chat ONLY.
• Follow SOPs to resolve inquiries or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain performance in line with quality expectations and SLA goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions to develop skills.
