CloserHire is seeking French-speaking Travel Advisors to join its Lisbon operations. You will handle queries via chat, email and phone, assist with bookings and adjustments, and maintain detailed records.

Expect six-week nesting onboarding and data-driven improvement support in a dynamic BPO setting in Lisbon city center. Rotating shifts from 08:00–22:00, 40 hours/week, Monday–Sunday, with competitive base salary and bonuses.

Qualificações

• C2 French speaker with B2 English skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting/data visualization skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
