Career Nest Academy in Lisbon is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international travel platform from our Sete Rios office. You will handle inquiries in French and English, ensuring smooth travel experiences for customers.

The role requires native-level French, strong English, and experience in customer support, call centers, or hospitality. It is a full-time, on-site position with rotating shifts; local Portugal residency is required.

Key Information & Role Details:

• Position: French-Speaking Customer Support Agent
• Language Requirements: Native or bilingual proficiency in French, plus professional conversational English
• Location: Lisbon (Sete Rios), Portugal (Open strictly to local candidates already residing in Portugal; no relocation assistance is provided)
• Work Type: 100% On-site
• Schedule & Working Hours: Rotational shift pattern covering Monday through Sunday between 08:00 and 22:00, with 2 rotating days off per week
• Target Start Date: October 9, 2026

Compensation & Financial Package (Salary & Benefits):

• Base Salary: €1,100.00 gross per month
• Language Package: €150.00 gross per month
• Performance & Attendance Bonus: Up to €80.00 – €100.00 gross monthly based on results
• Meal Allowance: €7.00 per worked day
• Workplace Culture: Vibrant, international team environment in central Lisbon with excellent transport connections

What We Are Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in French (written and spoken) and strong communication skills in English
• Prior experience in customer support, contact centers, or hospitality/travel services
• Valid legal eligibility to work and current residence in Portugal
