The Career Nest is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Agent for our Lisbon-based central office at Sete Rios. You will support an international travel platform on-site, handling customer inquiries in French and English while operating within a rotating shift schedule.

Starting October 9, 2026, the role offers a base salary of €1,100 gross per month plus a €150 language package and up to €100 monthly bonuses, plus a €7 daily meal allowance; a vibrant multicultural team and central Lisbon

Key Information & Role Details:

• Position: French-Speaking Customer Support Agent
• Language Requirements: Native or bilingual proficiency in French, plus professional conversational English
• Location: Lisbon (Sete Rios), Portugal (Open strictly to local candidates already residing in Portugal; no relocation assistance is provided)
• Work Type: 100% On-site
• Schedule & Working Hours: Rotational shift pattern covering Monday through Sunday between 08:00 and 22:00, with 2 rotating days off per week
• Target Start Date: October 9, 2026

Compensation & Financial Package (Salary & Benefits):

• Base Salary: €1,100.00 gross per month
• Language Package: €150.00 gross per month
• Performance & Attendance Bonus: Up to €80.00 – €100.00 gross monthly based on results
• Meal Allowance: €7.00 per worked day

What We Are Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in French (written and spoken) and strong communication skills in English
• Prior experience in customer support, contact centers, or hospitality/travel services
• Valid legal eligibility to work and current residence in Portugal
• Strong problem-solving mindset and flexibility to work rotating shifts
