CloserHire partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a French-speaking Travel Advisor in Lisbon. You will handle bookings, reservations and adjustments via chat, email and phone, delivering smooth customer experiences and maintaining records.

A six-week nesting period with coaching starts your onboarding. The role offers 14 salaries per year plus a base and performance bonuses, language bonus, and meal allowance, with relocation support included.

Qualificações

• Fluent French speaker with working English (B2).
• On-site work in Lisbon city center.
• Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre preferred.
• Strong Excel and data reporting/visualization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email and phone; assist with bookings and adjustments.
• Keep detailed case records and follow internal procedures.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and client use.
