CloserHire partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO to place enthusiastic French-speaking Travel Advisors in Lisbon. You will support customers via chat, email, and phone, handling bookings, adjustments, and inquiries with a focus on accuracy and a positive experience.

Relocation from France is paid; the package includes 14 salaries and performance bonuses. The role requires on-site work in Lisbon city center and strong Excel/data skills to deliver analytics and reports for internal use.

Qualificações

• French speaker with at least B2 level in English.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre is preferred.
• On-site work in Lisbon city center.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist with bookings, reservations, and adjustments.
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed case records and report performance data.
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and client use.
