Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Portugal-based team. This remote role handles inquiries from French-speaking customers, guides them through simple technical issues, and ensures a smooth, positive experience.

Based in Portugal or eligible to relocate, you will work with an international team and may receive relocation support. Proficiency in French and English, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not mandatory.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
