Freedom Recruitment is seeking a French-speaking Technical Support Representative for a tech platform in Porto, Portugal. You will provide product support to users, troubleshoot issues with MySQL, and collaborate with developers to resolve platform challenges.

The role offers full-time hours (40 per week) with on-site training in Porto and subsequent remote work. Training is paid, with career growth opportunities in FinTech operations and technical support.

Formación

• Native or fluent French (C1/C2) with strong professional English skills (minimum B2).
• Solid working knowledge of MySQL is essential.
• Familiarity with Postman or API testing tools is considered an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (or higher).
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in providing customer-focused support.
• No prior work experience required; MySQL knowledge is the primary requirement.
• Availability to attend two weeks of on-site training in Porto.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support in French to customers and liaise with developers in English via chat and voice channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and database-related inquiries using MySQL.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical bugs to the software development team with clear documentation.
• Deliver timely and accurate technical solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
• Translate technical specifications into clear, user-friendly language for non-technical users.
